Everyone here is kind, smart, and professional. But the real difference is Dr. Frerichs. He has helped members of my family in ways that went beyond what we expected from a dentist. He provided immediate compassionate care for a loved one in memory care, quickly diagnosed and fixed a filling from another dentist that was causing a child pain, and referred a young adult to a physical therapist who successfully treated chronic jaw issues. What stands out is his ability to see the bigger picture. He assesses patients on a deeper level than many providers and genuinely wants the best outcome for them. His clinical skill, judgment, and compassion are on another level.

I was referred to Dr. Frerichs by a friend, and he absolutely lived up to the hype. He’s gotten me in for emergencies twice now, and both times were quick, smooth, and honestly about as pleasant as a dental emergency can be. The entire staff is amazing—from the front desk to the hygienists—and they make you feel comfortable right away… which is saying a lot, because let’s be honest, no one loves going to the dentist. Dr. Frerichs takes the time to explain everything clearly and somehow manages to keep you calm even when you walk in slightly panicked. I neglected seeing a dentist for years because I could never find one I liked (and honestly, I was just avoiding going) —but I can officially say I’ve found my dentist. Highly recommend!!!

This office and Dr Frerichs are the best. I always feel comfortable and I know and trust him to do good work. I’m very particular after having been a dental assistant.

We love this place! Jeff and his staff are wonderful. They have taken great care of my entire family. My two year old just had his first dentist appt and the staff made him feel welcome and safe!

I was so impressed from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone was super friendly, compassionate and professional. I love Sara my hygienist. Very kind and gentle. Dr. Frerichs made me feel right at home kindly telling me I have one small cavity. Easy to fix. I’m so happy we decided to switch to Dr. Frerichs.
